طريقة التحضير :
– يتم سلقها في ماء مغلي حتي تطفو علي السطح ثم إخراجها فوراً من الماء ودهنها بالزيت كي لا تلتصق ببعضها
– يتم وضع الصوص في طاسة واضافة القليل من الحليب ويتم تقليبه للوصول لقوام خفيف
– يتم وضع التورتيليني علي الصوص حتي الغليان ويمكن إضافة ملح أو فلفل حسب الرغبة
